Sertan Sarsılmaz graduated with high honors from Marmara University Faculty of Law, successfully completed the Bar Examination, and obtained his attorney’s license after completing his legal internship. He works at Nezir Attorney & Consultancy Office, where he plays an active role in conducting litigation and dispute resolution processes. He has particular expertise in commercial law, labor law, real estate law, and contract law. He is actively involved in preparing legal reviews and opinions on disputes, representing clients before courts and relevant institutions, and conducting litigation and enforcement proceedings.
