Nezir Attorney & Consultancy (“Nezir”) respects the protection of personal data of prospective clients, clients and you, our visitors, and is committed to collecting, protecting and using personal information about you in accordance with the law. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to all your use of www.nezir.law (“Site”), including other services provided by us. If any of the other services we provide have a specific privacy policy, the relevant terms and conditions will take precedence over this Policy.
This Policy explains how your personal information is processed and how it will be used when the Site is used by you. The data and information transmitted to us during our attorney-client relations or received by us in any other way are not covered by this Policy. The posts, rules and legal information on this site do not create an attorney-client relationship with our site visitors. Nezir operates worldwide through its international offices, partnerships and affiliates and may transfer personal information across national borders. The Site is accessible from servers and visitors located in various countries and jurisdictions. When you access or use www.nezir.law, personal data about you may be transferred to locations outside of your country.

Nezir may process, use and share the following personal data within the legitimate framework mentioned in this Policy:

All of our employees and third parties who process data on our behalf are obligated to respect your personal information and its confidentiality.

It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and secure and to log out after you have completed your transactions. Our Site is not designed to store sensitive personal information such as financial, health, criminal, racial, ethnic or political affiliation information and we strongly advise you not to use our Site for this purpose.
