Qualifications We Are Looking For;
- At least high school graduate (preferably graduated from Office Management or Secretarial departments)
- Have experience working in law offices or aiming to make a career in this field
- Successful in planning, organization and time management
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Prone to teamwork, meticulous and responsible
- Attentive, detail-oriented and sensitive about work follow-up
- Will be able to work in accordance with the principle of confidentiality

Duties and Responsibilities;
- Providing support to lawyers in their daily business processes, organizing their meetings
- Carrying out file tracking, document organization and correspondence processes
- Organizing transactions with courts and official institutions
- Manage phone, e-mail and other communication channels effectively
- To ensure that documents are archived and stored correctly
